**Cost and Controller Analyst** We are looking for a Cost and Controller Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about numbers, financial analysis, and have experience in this field, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Calculate product, service, and project costs, applying the most appropriate costing methods (absorption, variable, or ABC); * Monitor and analyze the company’s direct and indirect costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and improve profitability; * Conduct cost analyses related to production, logistics, inventory, and labor, contributing to the identification of opportunities to enhance operational efficiency; * Support the pricing process, ensuring costs are correctly allocated and contribution margins align with the company’s strategic objectives; * Perform accounting reconciliations related to costs and inventory, ensuring the integrity of reported information; * Assist the accounting department in generating and validating accounting and tax provisions related to costs and operating expenses, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Support monthly financial and management closing, including cost, expense, and revenue calculation and analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards; * Actively participate in the development and monitoring of the corporate budget (budget and forecasts—financial projections), analyzing variances and contributing to defining strategic adjustments to optimize results. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in cost and controller areas; * Experience in recording and analyzing transactions under cash and accrual accounting bases; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Strong analytical skills and proactivity. **Location:** Savassi/Belo Horizonte. 100% on-site. **We offer:** Market-competitive salary; Meal/Voucher allowance; Transportation voucher or Fuel allowance (based on your needs); Performance bonus; My day (one day off during your birthday month, to enjoy however you prefer); Gympass (to keep your body and mind healthy—also available for dependents); Breakfast with fruits; Medical assistance.
