Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional with strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. This position will play a key role in leading, governing, and evolving the project portfolio, working closely with clients, technical teams, and executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full project lifecycle—from portfolio intake to closure—ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risk. * Consolidate and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making. * Apply both agile and traditional methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, alignment sessions, and delivery tracking. * Interface with clients, sponsors, technical teams, and strategic stakeholders. * Support roadmap definition, OKRs, and strategic planning for the Projects area. * Ensure contractual, technical, regulatory, and commercial compliance of deliverables. * Support transformation initiatives, governance structuring, and strengthening of project governance. * Lead meetings with clients, internal and external teams. * Availability for national and international travel. * Conduct project management-related ceremonies. **Technical Competencies:** * Solid experience in project management. * Experience in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments. * Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe or similar). * Experience in portfolio management and strategic prioritization. * Familiarity with performance indicators, dashboards, and executive metrics. * Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar. * Ability to design processes, governance frameworks, and operational controls. * Desired experience with contracts, financial project management, and progress measurement oversight. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and influence profile. * Executive communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Strategic vision and analytical capability. * Organization, sense of priority, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and continuous improvement focus. * Collaborative and results-driven profile. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Project Manager or in similar roles. * Desired certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP or related. * Desired intermediate/advanced English and Spanish proficiency for conducting meetings and managing international projects. **Differentiators:** * Experience in technology companies or consulting firms. * Exposure to digital transformation projects. * Experience with large enterprise clients and complex corporate environments. * Knowledge of strategic indicators, OKRs, and data-driven management. **Expected Professional Profile:** Strategic vision and ability to structure processes without losing operational and client proximity.
