Job Summary: Supervise the execution of HVAC maintenance activities, ensuring technical quality and team safety, as well as system availability. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises HVAC maintenance and ensures compliance with plans. 2. Acts as the liaison between field operations, planning, and technical coordination. 3. Ensures activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and regulations. ***HVAC Maintenance Supervisor Position*** **Compensation:** R$3.862,75 + R$1.158,83 (30% Hazard Pay) = **R$5.021,58** **Job Description:** Supervise the execution of HVAC maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans, technical service quality, team safety, and availability of serviced systems. Act as the liaison between field operations, planning, and technical coordination, ensuring teams perform activities according to procedures, applicable regulations, contracted scope, and the service standards expected by both the company and the client. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday). **Requirements:** \* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. \* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC/R systems, preferably in industrial, hospital, or critical-operation environments. \* Knowledge of equipment such as split units, self-contained units, VRF systems, chillers, fan coils, exhaust fans, ventilators, and pumps. \* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, basic control diagrams, technical manuals, and operational procedures. \* Knowledge of PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Program), inspection routines, work order documentation, and applicable safety regulations, with emphasis on NR-10 and NR-35 where required. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Fuel Assistance Medical and Dental Assistance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.862,75 – R$5.021,58 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
