Job Summary: Strategic Generalist HR Analyst focused on People Management to support managers, conduct climate surveys, planning, benefits administration, payroll processing, and training and internal marketing initiatives. Environment that values proactivity and creativity We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Analyst with a focus on People Management and generalist practice for the Nova Lima region. * Support managers in the employee performance evaluation process, collecting quantitative and qualitative data and proposing improvement suggestions * Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys and analyze the results * Develop departmental planning and continuous improvement initiatives * Administer employee benefits and submit related requests to service providers * Collect and verify employee payroll data * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes * Ensure compliance with labor legislation * Design and promote, together with managers, team development and training initiatives * Implement motivational activities and internal endomarketing campaigns * Analyze people management indicators and present findings and improvement suggestions to senior leadership, among other responsibilities **Requirements**: Proven experience in the field, covering all HR and DP subsystems. (Mandatory) Strong computer skills, including tools for developing training and endomarketing materials.
