Actively participate with improvement suggestions and focus on results ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material-related tasks using appropriate processes to construct, renovate, or repair buildings and similar structures; * Assess project characteristics by reviewing blueprints and specifications to select suitable materials and optimal execution methods; * Prepare concrete and mortar according to project requirements; * Lay various materials and apply finishes to different surfaces; * Carry out renovation and maintenance of buildings, sidewalks, and other structures; * Keep materials, machinery, equipment, and the workplace under one's responsibility organized, clean, and well-maintained. * Ensure that all processes carried out in one's area comply with the Company's Compliance Program as well as its Quality Management and Integrated Management Systems; * Commitment to the company's culture, objectives, and goals. Active participation with improvement suggestions. Continuous pursuit of personal and professional growth. Sense of urgency with a focus on results.
