Join the largest manufacturer of electric meters in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company that operates as a technology provider and complete solutions provider for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen Responsibilities: * Supervise quality control activities related to incoming materials, production processes, and final product inspection. * Monitor quality inspections throughout production processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, and customer requirements. * Track and address non-conformities identified in suppliers, production, and final products, supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze process failures and deviations to contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards. * Coordinate the monitoring of quality indicators, preparing reports and analyses to support management decisions. * Support internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring documentary and operational compliance. * Ensure accurate recording and traceability of quality-related information. * Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and supplier teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * Provide technical guidance to the quality team and oversee the execution of the department’s operational activities. Requirements: * Experience in industrial quality or manufacturing. * Knowledge of material inspection, process control, and final inspection. * Familiarity with quality tools and non-conformance analysis. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience working with suppliers and monitoring quality of outsourced processes is considered a plus. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Quality Management
