Inspect the quality of materials and services on site **Responsibilities:** Conduct topographic surveys and perform technological control of materials and soil. Interpret project documents and technical specifications. Prepare sketches and technical drawings under supervision. Develop quantity takeoff sheets and cost estimates for construction or renovation projects. Analyze and adjust costs. Perform direct and indirect cost composition. Organize technical documentation. Inspect the quality of materials and services. Identify issues and propose alternative solutions. Inspect and take appropriate actions regarding equipment and material preservation, repair needs, storage, and availability on site. Participate in training programs when required. Assist in planning, execution, supervision, and measurement of construction work. Perform tasks relevant to the field of expertise using specialized computer equipment and software.
