Main responsibilities: Operate laminators (vertical, horizontal, and transverse) to cut foam according to desired models, as well as operate foam lathes to cut cylindrical foam pieces, considering size, width, thickness, and length. Maintain production pace within established productivity targets to meet production scheduling requirements. Prerequisites: Completed elementary education; Availability to work on-site in Carmo do Cajuru; Desirable experience in upholstery, gluing, or assembly; Experience in the foam industry is a plus. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
