Assistance in organizing the knowledge base and managing service tickets Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America! ️ We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen Responsibilities: * Support Systems, Infrastructure, and Data Analysts in drafting, updating, and organizing technical and operational documentation. * Record procedures, workflows, manuals, and lessons learned, ensuring information standardization and traceability. * Support Level 1 support activities by opening, logging, and tracking service tickets. * Provide basic user support for recurring hardware, software, and corporate system issues. * Assist in organizing the knowledge base and managing service tickets and incidents. * Support IT administrative tasks, such as access control, equipment inventory management, and vendor request follow-up. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a technical course in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. * Familiarity with technical support in Windows environments and corporate applications. * Basic knowledge of networks, systems, and IT infrastructure. * Strong documentation skills, ability to organize information, and experience in process standardization. Good communication skills, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills with users and technical teams
