Conducting systems analysis; identifying opportunities and, as needed, proposing implementation of improvements and/or process revisions in the system. Providing in-person and/or remote support to strategic clients to guide them, clarify doubts, and propose solutions for low-complexity and low-revenue-impact requests. Performing database queries to quickly and accurately retrieve necessary information. **REQUIREMENTS:** What is essential to apply? Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science). What do we expect from this professional? Strong written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal relationship skills; deadline management skills; basic knowledge of UML. What could be a differentiator? One year of experience in related activities.
