Description

Play a fundamental role in operating machinery and equipment under the supervision of the operator or department leader. Responsibilities include verifying and weighing materials according to established formulations, performing mixing processes in accordance with product specifications, and regularly inspecting machinery to ensure parameters remain within scheduled settings. Perform equipment cleaning as needed, assist in cleaning extruders, sieve and weigh recyclable materials, monitor weighing and collection of rejects, assist in cleaning reusable bags, and ensure maintenance of equipment and organization of the work environment in compliance with established standards. Assist in operating machinery and equipment under the guidance of the operator or department leader; Verify materials (raw materials and inputs) to be used in mixing according to formulation or technical data sheet, to confirm compliance with the defined recipe; Weigh materials (oil, carbonate, ground hoses, segregated compounds, etc.) for execution in the mixing process; Carry out mixing processes for raw materials and inputs according to product formulation and specific Technical Data Sheet, following all pre-established procedures for such equipment, which will subsequently be processed in the Extrusion Department; Continuously monitor machinery to ensure parameters remain within scheduled settings, taking into account mixing time and temperature; Clean mixers and coolers as needed; Assist the operator in cleaning extruders, Sieve sweepings and other types of recyclable materials, weigh according to standard weight, and store correctly; Assist in cleaning mills and separating polyester filaments and materials for reprocessing; Monitor weighing and collection of rejects (cardboard and plastics); Assist in cleaning reusable jute bags; Ensure care of departmental equipment, tools, and machinery; perform and maintain cleanliness (in accordance with standards); Keep the work area consistently clean and organized during operations.
