Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to fully manage residential renovation projects, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost control, while coordinating teams and interacting with clients. JOB: CIVIL ENGINEER – RENOVATION PROJECTS Location: Belo Horizonte – MG ABOUT THE POSITION We seek a civil engineering professional to execute and manage residential renovation projects, with focus on quality, schedule, and cost control. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Full management of renovation projects (execution) · Schedule monitoring and deadline control · Cost control in accordance with budget · Coordination and guidance of interns · Client interface during project execution · Negotiation and oversight of suppliers and subcontracted teams · Ensuring execution quality and final finishing standards REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Practical experience in executing: · Demolition and initial construction phases · Residential electrical projects · Plumbing and sewage installations · Air conditioning systems · High-end finishing works · Gypsum board and drywall systems · Painting Hands-on experience across all phases of residential renovation projects. ORGANIZATION · Support from interns on certain projects · Simultaneous management of multiple work fronts · Dynamic and autonomous work environment COMPENSATION Average monthly salary: R$ 7.000 Structure: R$ 5.500,00 fixed salary + performance bonus (project deliveries) Earnings may vary depending on the number of projects completed per month.
