Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing bread, desserts, cookies, cakes, and pies; packaging and sealing products; and organizing buffet-style snacks. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Prepare various types of bread and desserts, including cookies, cakes, and pies. Be responsible for preparing, packaging, and sealing decorated cupcakes and cakes distributed to units serving the Lunch Kit. Prepare and organize snacks served at the Colina buffet, requiring experience in producing premium and delicate items. Desired Qualifications: Professional experience as a baker would be an advantage, as well as proficiency in cake decoration using creative techniques.
