




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, organized, agile, and proactive professional to work at a gastronomic venue, providing support across various administrative and operational areas. Teamwork and interaction with suppliers We are a gastronomic venue in Belo Horizonte (BH). A bar and restaurant serving a wide variety of delicious appetizers, dishes, and beverages. We seek a committed, organized, agile, proactive professional who can handle pressure, work well in teams, and interact effectively with customers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory items; * Procure products, goods, and supplies; * Purchase, load, and handle beverages such as distilled spirits, beers, draft beer, and wines; * Liaise with suppliers; * Operate the cash register; * Release prepared dishes to waitstaff; * Manage and release delivery orders; * Assist the executive and finance departments; * Assist in drafting general administrative documents; * Provide support to company departments (finance, HR, procurement, operations); **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate computer skills; * Ability to work under pressure; * Experience in the described activities; * Easy access to the Floresta neighborhood. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal allowance (VA) (R$ 150.00\) * Meals provided at the company * Dental plan * Life insurance **Compensation:** R$2\.100,00 \+ cash handling bonus (R$150,00\) \+ variable pay (average R$500,00\) **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:15 (lunch break from 10:30 to 11:30\); Saturday, from 09:00 to 16:00; Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00
