Ensure continuous improvement and final product quality Refracont is a company located in Juatuba/MG, specializing in the manufacture of ceramic fiber blankets, and we are seeking a professional to work as \*Quality Inspector\*. Job Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections during the production process; Monitor and record inspection, test, and measurement results; Ensure products comply with standards and technical specifications; Identify non-conformities and assist in correcting processes; Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous improvement and final product quality. Working Hours: 2x2 shift schedule with rotating shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
