Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM Salary Range: R$ 5\.000 to R$ 6\.100 Main Responsibilities Manage and monitor project contracts Develop and maintain schedules in MS Project Plan all phases of the contract Monitor goals, KPIs, and results Coordinate administrative and field teams Act as the direct interface with the client Participate in strategic and follow-up meetings Ensure compliance with deadlines, goals, and safety standards Support operational improvements and process optimization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields Postgraduate degree in Project Management — Mandatory Minimum 6 months of documented work experience in project management Experience in operational planning and team leadership Proficiency in MS Project — Mandatory Class B driver's license — Mandatory Willingness to undertake occasional travel Benefits Transportation allowance — Card (6% deduction) Meal allowance — Card (R$ 21.17 per business day) Hapvida health insurance plan (with minimal co-payment) Bradesco dental insurance plan — 100% company-paid Life insurance Free online psychological support Gym membership discounts Wellness and training programs Interested in this position?
