Verify legal obligations such as eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, among others. Provide guidance to employees and managers on labor laws and internal processes. Propose improvements to systems and procedures. Manage and analyze payroll-related costs and statutory charges. Update provisions and labor liabilities. Monitor benefits and union obligations. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
