Join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue **outgoing invoices** (products and/or services), ensuring correct tax and fiscal classification; * **Record and verify incoming invoices (NFS-e, NFE, and CTE)**, validating fiscal, tax, and operational data; * Assist in the calculation, analysis, and control of **ISS, PIS, and COFINS**, including both cumulative and non-cumulative regimes, where applicable; * Verify **CFOP and CST**, when necessary; * Support **fiscal bookkeeping** and preparation of ancillary obligations; * Monitor tax legislation, focusing on **indirect taxes**; * Organize and maintain fiscal files and documents, ensuring traceability and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in **Accounting Sciences** or related fields; * Prior experience as a **Tax Analyst** or in tax-related routines; * Knowledge of **ISS**, **PIS and COFINS** (calculation, credits, tax bases); * Experience with **issuance and bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices**; * Understanding of **indirect taxes** and basic tax concepts (ICMS, ISS – varying according to business context); * Experience with **SAP B1** is a plus; * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel**. **Additional Information** CAJU meal card Fuel allowance or transportation voucher Health insurance (Unimed) with co-payment Dental plan – Odontoprev Life insurance Wellhub (formerly Gympass – discounts at gyms) Sesc partnership Fluency Academy – partnership with Language School (6 languages available) OnHappy – discounts on flights and travel Dog Life – discounts on PET health plans Access to Luza Hub learning platform At LUZA, you participate in projects that transform markets — with cutting-edge technology, continuous learning, and real opportunities for growth.
