We seek individuals who identify with our purpose and wish to make a difference in people’s lives through their work—and become part of a motivated team focused on human development, strong business results, and employee well-being! **Those who compare, choose VIC!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Coordinate and provide technical and strategic support for the development of civil engineering projects, with a focus on infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, legal compliance, and efficiency in timelines and costs—contributing to the sustainability and success of projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Duties** **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** * Professional responsible for coordinating and providing technical and operational support for the planning, development, and monitoring of civil engineering projects, focusing on infrastructure projects (water/sewage/drainage/earthworks), including activity planning, analysis and control of schedules, budgets, and technical documents in compliance with applicable standards and legislation. **MAIN ACTIVITIES:** * Assist in the preparation and review of infrastructure and hydraulic projects; * Support the creation of technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, etc.); * Collaborate in developing descriptive and calculation memoranda; * Participate in updating and organizing project-related documents and files; * Assist in analyzing and interpreting technical standards, building codes, and applicable legislation; * Conduct technical research to support project development; * Participate in technical meetings and collaborate in communication among multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor deadlines, processes, and protocols at licensing authorities; * Liaise with technicians and analysts, third-party companies, and regulatory agencies; * Assist in budgeting for project and engineering-related service contracts; * Support contract and supplier management; * Support integration and coordination among multidisciplinary projects. **Job Requirements** **Education / Academic Qualification** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. **Specific Knowledge** Intermediate Excel Intermediate AutoCAD Basic Civil 3D **Relevant Experience (Essential or Desirable)** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role Experience with MCMV (Minha Casa, Minha Vida) Experience with utility concessionaires **Additional Information** **Benefits:** --------------- * Salary advance * Discount club * Career development plan * Life insurance * Transportation Allowance (VT): To facilitate your commute * Health and Dental Plan: UNIMED * Birthday Day Off: Celebrate your special day * TotalPass: Caring for your well\-being * Meal Allowance (VR): Multi R$ 40.50/day, no payroll deduction We are **VIC Engenharia**, a Minas Gerais-based company operating in the civil engineering market, specializing in the government's "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" (My House, My Life) program.
