If you seek a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a partner committed to enhancing its clients’ results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Conduct internal and/or external assessments of transformers, including active part assembly and connection, winding assembly and winding diagrams, internal and external tank dimensions, cover dimensions, and accessories; * Analyze, develop, modify, or execute detailed mechanical or electrical drawings, highlighting specific components to guide redesign, maintenance, and new equipment manufacturing projects, using specialized software (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc.) and hardware (computers, digital cameras, etc.); * Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and projects, define formats and scales, representation systems, and drawing priorities according to schedules and service scope; * Estimate time required to complete the project; * Develop winding diagrams, winding assembly, cover, tank, and accessory designs based on electrical and mechanical project specifications; * Develop internal connection drawings and designs for the active part, observing electrical clearances, insulation, and appropriate mechanical fixings; * Develop external drawings and designs for tanks, covers, and accessories, observing electrical clearances, material strength, and stress calculations to ensure compliance with applicable standards; * Perform high-complexity calculations under supervision from more experienced professionals; * Identify symbols, list required materials, and detail other representations to improve clarity and guidance in drawings and projects; * Analyze applicable specifications and standards for project development; * Analyze applicable standards for contracted tests and standardized tests, and define a Test Implementation Plan (TIP) compatible with technical and commercial aspects; * Define identification plate layout containing contractual data, manufacturer data, refurbisher data, electrical characteristics, connection diagram (voltages and currents), and other construction characteristics; * Evaluate test results for comparative analysis against the electrical project and define adjustment curves and formulas for calculations; * Calculate temperature based on losses, weights, and insulation specifications; * Construct windings and adapt them to refurbishment processes; * Provide final drawings and/or revisions to relevant departments and request approval from the requester; * Interface with other involved work sections to align product specifications, materials, and related items to be used in the project; * Maintain backup copies and distribute final drawings and/or revisions to departments involved in the service; * Ensure all developed drawings and projects are saved and updated in the appropriate network folders for control and consultation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical Course in Electrotechnology or related fields.
