All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team by guiding and training in accordance with standard operating procedures; * Participate in developing new procedures by analyzing area occurrences and aligning procedures with managers from other collection areas; * Monitor deviations and develop Action Plans to correct distortions and/or anomalies; * Serve as the "guardian" of safety and accident prevention practices within your team, ensuring all comply with regulations and proper use of PPE; * Monitor departmental staffing needs to ensure workforce levels match monthly requirements (e.g., vacations, leaves of absence, resignations); * Be the "owner" of the logistics process at the CD, enforcing standards and procedures, managing CD productivity, proposing and implementing purpose-driven initiatives to guarantee timely product dispatches and excellence in customer service; * Propose and drive changes aimed at improving CD operational and management processes. * Conduct client visits and hold regular conversations with the commercial team to align demand and opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in people management, policies, and processes; * Solid experience in logistics operations. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Total Pass; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry—a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers—comprising major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
