




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise administrative and tax routines, ensuring compliance and managing the tax team. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance * Coordinate and supervise the group's administrative and tax routines. Ensure correct recording, verification, and validation of fiscal invoices. Guarantee tax and fiscal compliance in accordance with current legislation (state and federal). Monitor tax calculations (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). Coordinate monthly tax closing in integration with external/internal accounting. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory agency requests. Manage the administrative/fiscal team, promoting development, organization, and deadline adherence. Support procurement, logistics, and finance departments, ensuring alignment between processes and fiscal documents. Prepare and monitor managerial reports and KPIs for the department * Solid knowledge of tax legislation, especially for the food industry and distribution sectors. Proficiency in electronic fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e). Experience with ICMS, ICMS-ST, fiscal credits and debits. Familiarity with SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, and ancillary obligations. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, Protheus, SAP or similar). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data control and analysis. Basic understanding of costs, pricing, and fiscal impacts.
