Main Responsibilities We are looking for a Functional Technical Leader to act as a technical and strategic reference within our development team. You will be responsible for defining architectures and technical solutions, mentoring developers, ensuring quality and best practices, and aligning them with business needs. This role combines technical leadership with functional vision, requiring deep understanding of the company’s processes, rules, and strategic objectives. * Lead Fullstack, Backend, and Frontend development projects technically. * Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with business needs. * Ensure development best practices, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD. * Serve as a technical reference for Backend (Java) and API/messaging integrations. * Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews. * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting the team’s technical and functional growth. * Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, and stakeholders, translating functional requirements into technical solutions. * Support strategic technology, infrastructure, and cloud (AWS) decisions. * Implement observability, performance, and security practices in critical systems. * Promote agile culture and collaborative best practices (Scrum/Kanban). Technical Requirements * Solid experience as a Senior Fullstack or Backend Developer. * Proficiency in software architecture, microservices, and distributed system integration. * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis). * Advanced knowledge of programming languages and frameworks: **o Backend:** Java (Spring Boot/Data/Security/Cloud) **o Frontend:** Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS). * Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS), containers (Docker, Podman), and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, SonarCloud). * Proven experience in mentoring and providing technical leadership to teams. * Ability to communicate technical and functional solutions to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications (valued) * Experience with Design Systems, Angular Material UI, or React libraries. * Experience with observability, distributed tracing, and APM. * Certifications in AWS, Java, Software Architecture, or Frontend. * Contributions to open-source projects. * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Functional Technical Leader.
