




Description: We expect you to have * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Solid experience in strategic HR, preferably in growing companies or in structuring processes * Desired specialization in People Management, Leadership, Coaching, or related areas Essential knowledge* Structuring HR processes: Recruitment & Selection (R\&S), Individual Development Plans (PDI), climate surveys, performance evaluation, and organizational culture * Labor legislation and compliance * Performance management tools and structured feedback methodologies * Analysis of HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, headcount, absenteeism) * HR systems and people management platforms It will be a differentiator if you have* Certifications in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Copywriting, or Social Media Metrics * Experience with digital launches or the Érico Rocha Launch Formula * Prior experience creating engagement and conversion campaigns targeting B2B or accounting audiences * Design, implement, and monitor HR policies and processes (R\&S, PDI, climate, performance, culture) * Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new talent * Develop and oversee training programs, performance evaluations, and Individual Development Plans (PDI) * Manage initiatives related to organizational climate, employee engagement, and culture * Act as a strategic partner to leadership in team structuring, conflict management, and succession planning * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and best practices in compliance * Consolidate HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, absenteeism, headcount) and propose data-driven actions * Lead the evolution of the HR area, promoting innovation, scalability, and alignment with institutional objectives 2512200202551929272
