Visit schedule management We are seeking a Property Visitor to conduct rental property visits, accompany clients, and present properties according to the predefined schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct rental property visits; * Escort clients to view properties; * Adhere to a pre-organized visit schedule; * Access the property, present it, and demonstrate its features to interested parties; * Average of 4 to 6 visits per day. **Requirements:** * Personal motorcycle; * Category A driver's license; * Availability for external visits. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$2\.500 * Motorcycle rental payment \+ fuel reimbursement * Meal allowance of R$ 24.00/day (Ifood Benefícios card); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (Ifood Benefícios card); * Gympass; * Online healthcare platform; * Unimed health insurance (co-payment plan); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (100% in-person); * Location: Cidade Jardim, Belo Horizonte.
