The professional will assist in various stages of food preparation, ensuring kitchen organization and hygiene, and contributing to the efficiency of daily operations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. * Properly organize and store food and supplies, following hygiene and food safety standards. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Support chefs in daily tasks as needed. * Receive and inspect goods, verifying product quality and quantity. * Maintain general order and cleanliness in the kitchen throughout the work shift. * Dispose of waste appropriately. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions. * Proactivity, agility, and organizational skills. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of food cutting and preparation techniques.
