No prior experience required This position is for a production assistant involved in the manufacturing of precast concrete components, responsible for performing various production process stages, checking machine operation, palletizing products, cleaning and maintaining facilities, assisting with loading and warehouse organization. No prior experience is required; commitment and responsibility are preferred qualifications. Benefits include food allowance, transportation allowance, fuel allowance, medical assistance, and production bonus of BRL 180.00 plus attendance bonus and variable compensation (growth opportunity).
