We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer Analyst to strategically engage in the development, maintenance, and evolution of systems, ensuring application quality, performance, security, and scalability. * Location: Nova Lima (MG) and/or Morumbi (SP) * Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) * Employment Type: CLT Main Responsibilities: * Lead the technical development of highly complex solutions; * Ensure system quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability; * Support strategic technical decisions and assist the Tech Lead in defining solutions; * Guide and technically develop the team; * Anticipate and mitigate technical risks; * Evolve the Technology area’s architecture, development standards, and processes. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree preferred); * Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), .NET Core, C#, Python, CSS, HTML, and Vue.js/Angular; * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL); * Experience with Git; * Technical English for reading; * Knowledge of secure development practices, systems thinking, and functional analysis; * Security practices (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect); * Experience with Docker and understanding of service runtime environments; * Experience working across environments (dev, hml, prod) and managing variables/secrets; * Monitoring and incident troubleshooting; * Familiarity with Kubernetes.
