Agile decision-making in response to operational deviations We are recruiting a Claims Coordinator to assume a central role within a vehicle protection association undergoing structural strengthening. This is a position with direct impact on results, margin, and financial sustainability. The challenge is to elevate the department’s maturity level, introducing predictability, analytical intelligence, and deeper integration with Finance—without compromising decision-making agility. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the team to ensure SLA compliance. * Conduct structured weekly meetings with indicator analysis. * Monitor average repair ticket and parts procurement costs. * Track vehicle turnaround time and daily rental expenses. * Supervise technical claims analysis (documentation, coverage, causal nexus). * Ensure system updates and traceability. * Identify trends and seasonality in advance. * Proactively inform Finance about future impacts. * Develop cost-mitigation strategies jointly with the team. * Make agile decisions in response to operational deviations. ### **Technical Requirements** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in related fields such as Administration, Management, Finance, or similar). * Experience with seasonal forecasting and cost reduction. * Claims experience (insurance company, brokerage, or vehicle protection association). * Team management experience. * Analytical capability. * Ability to read and act upon indicators. * Basic understanding of financial flow. * Proficiency in spreadsheets (intermediate to advanced level). * Ability to extract and interpret operational data. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and data-driven. * Strong problem-solving ability. * Agility in decision-making. * Ability to balance analytical depth and speed of action. * Firm stance in holding others accountable for results. * Organization and discipline. * Autonomy with an owner’s mindset. * Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Birthday day off Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
