




Responsible for providing first-level technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, investigating more complex technical issues, and maintaining communication with manufacturers to resolve cases. Provide remote and on-site technical support for forensic tools. Availability for travel. Interact with manufacturers to resolve incidents. Identify technical failures and propose solutions. Support technical onboarding of customers. Contribute to the evolution of internal procedures and continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or ongoing enrollment in Information Security, Digital Forensics, or related fields is desirable. Technical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of at least three major tools such as: Cellebrite, AXIOM, NUIX, OpenText, and other solutions marketed by TechBiz. Diagnosis of problems in operating systems, networks, applications, and log analysis. Practical knowledge of hardware for maintenance and support of products marketed by TechBiz. Knowledge of virtualization, forensic environments, and digital image manipulation. Intermediate technical English (writing, reading, and speaking).
