Be part of a team that values human talent, stimulates creativity, and empowers you to do work that truly matters. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor internal client requests with a focus on quality, productivity, and process compliance. * Provide second-level support to internal and external clients, analyzing and resolving recurring issues. * Ensure the security, integrity, and correct execution of transactions and information under your responsibility. * Identify exceptions, workflow variations, or failures in input/output interfaces of requests, reporting them and proposing improvements. * Actively contribute to achieving or exceeding service-level agreement (SLA) metrics, pursuing continuous gains in efficiency and satisfaction. **In addition, knowledge in the following areas is required:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Comprehensive knowledge of Personnel Administration processes, including hiring, employee movements, benefits, payroll, vacation management, working hour tracking, leaves of absence, terminations, and database maintenance. * Labor and social security legislation applicable to HR routines, with basic understanding of civil legislation. * Practical experience in operational payroll and compensation processes. * Experience in labor and union relations, including negotiation skills and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (intermediate Excel), and basic knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle—considered advantageous. **\#WCO \#LI\-LATAM** * **Benefits:** Medical Assistance – 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) Dental Assistance Meal or Food Allowance – no employee deduction Life Insurance Private Pension Plan Gympass Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Program Pharmacy Discount\* Childcare Assistance\* Language School Partnership\* Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Profit Sharing Program (PPR)\* + Per current policy **Location:** Nova Lima – MG \| Fortaleza – CE On-site model (first three months, then hybrid) We seek professionals aligned with our values—collaborative, excellence-focused, and innovative.
