




**Responsibilities:** · Provide **first-level** support for the institutional ERP, internal applications, and digital platforms · Assist in creating user logins and granting system access · Guide users on the correct use of systems · Identify simple faults and errors, performing appropriate adjustments or escalating more complex issues to analysts or developers · Log and track support tickets, where applicable **Prerequisites:** · Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology or related fields · Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite · Basic knowledge of Database Management · Prior experience in user support is desirable · Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience when assisting users · Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility · Organizational skills and ability to quickly learn new tools · Interest in continuous learning **Working Hours:** · Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00** (flexible schedule negotiable) · **Occasional weekend on-call shifts** Job Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have availability for occasional weekend on-call shifts?
