Responsible for system maintenance, development, and support, translating field requirements into technical solutions and ensuring process efficiency and data integrity through the **TOTVS PIMS/MANFRO** system. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems or Computer Science; * Knowledge of modules: PIMS CS (Sugarcane); * Advantage: Knowledge of Agricultural Planning, Crop Management, and CCT Logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Perform system maintenance and development, creating diagrams based on specifications provided by users, preparing operational steps, converting flowcharts into programming language, coding, assembling, and testing programs, and identifying potential faults; * Analyze and define the use of systems and work methods, establishing routines and providing support to them, performing related activities to implement processes, methods, and work routines that ensure greater and more efficient usage, thereby contributing to improved sectoral activity efficiency; * Guide junior and mid-level analysts and manage functional requirements from users of the TOTVS PIMS/MANFRO systems; * Identify operational bottlenecks (e.g., delays in entering field reports) and propose automation or mobility solutions (e.g., data collectors and mobile apps); * Train end users and ensure system compliance following updates or new implementations; * And other related activities. **Willingness to reside in Nova Olímpia or Denise/MT.**
