We seek a technically passionate leader who thrives on high-impact coding and resilient architectures. You will serve as the technical reference for a multidisciplinary squad, balancing hands-on development (hands\-on) with strategic B2B product vision and AI innovation. **What you’ll bring to the team:** * Deep expertise in Python (Back\-end) and React.js (Front\-end). * Systems thinking: Solid experience with scalable architectures, microservices, and cloud ecosystems. * Passionate about solving complex problems and designing robust APIs that support highly available and performant systems. * Practical experience or academic study in Generative AI and LLMs—whether in scaled products or consistent technical exploration projects. Requirements: * Strong track record as a Full Stack Developer. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Leader. * Proven hands-on experience with Python and React.js. * Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). * Prior experience in B2B environments. * Proactive, resilient profile with mentoring capabilities. * Mindset focused on performance and scalability.
