Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, and being **responsible for**: * Serving as a technical reference in data science within multidisciplinary teams. * Collaborating with business and product teams to propose solutions that add value to services. * Developing time-series models for commercial areas and estimating elasticity between investments and sales. * Developing machine learning models to capture patterns and behaviors that drive new business initiatives. * Effectively presenting results to various levels across the organization, translating operational problems into technical solutions. * Monitoring and enhancing forecasting models, collaborating throughout the development lifecycle and sharing best practices and learnings, utilizing AI tools to boost productivity. **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum three years of experience in Statistics and Machine Learning as a data scientist. * Solid knowledge of statistics, time series, and application of machine learning and probabilistic models. * Understanding of the bias-variance trade-off and how hyperparameters influence this balance. * Experience with Git, including reviewing PRs and providing efficient comments. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Python programming, object-oriented programming, including rebase, cherry-pick, diff, reset, hard or other commands, and fetch. * Configuration and Monitoring capability: Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain data pipelines, including creating DAGs for workflow management.
