We are looking for a **Delivery Supervisor** to join one of our units and ensure our pizzas reach customers with quality and speed! **Work Location** Positions available in the following areas: * Caiçara * Eldorado * Cidade Jardim **Working Hours and Schedule** * From 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM * Rotating schedule 6x1 (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday or Saturday per month) **Salary and Benefits** * R$2\.500,00 to R$3\.000,00 (based on experience) * Night shift allowance * Vacation \+ 13th salary * On-site meals * Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance (with no 6% deduction) * Attendance bonus (R$300,00\) **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily delivery operations * Manage motorcycle courier teams and organize delivery routes * Ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality * Support the store team whenever necessary * Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously **Requirements** * Prior experience in operational leadership (preferably in food service or restaurants) * Strong communication skills, agility, and sense of responsibility **Interested in joining our selection process?** Send us your message now and schedule your interview!
