Assist in the conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of gardens, green areas, and company outdoor spaces, contributing to organization, aesthetics, and environmental well-being. Main Responsibilities * Assist in planting, pruning, irrigation, and fertilization of plants, flowers, trees, and lawns; * Perform cleaning and conservation of gardens and green areas; * Collect leaves, branches, and gardening-related waste; * Assist in applying pesticides and fertilizers when instructed; * Operate basic gardening tools and equipment; * Mow lawns and perform basic flowerbed maintenance; * Maintain and care for used tools and materials; * Support general external maintenance activities. Requirements * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Prior experience in this role or similar activities is desirable; * Availability for outdoor work and physical labor; * Organized, responsible, and proactive.
