Job Summary: Professional to work on management and execution of civil construction projects, report preparation, monitoring of operational activities, and service measurement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in management and execution of civil construction projects 2. Preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies 3. Monitoring of operational activities and service measurement **Main Responsibilities:** Support project management, control, execution, and analysis for renovations and civil construction works; Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including budgeting and physical scheduling; Assist in documentation preparation and technical support for contracting construction works and services; Collect and analyze data to prepare production and quality reports and indicators; Monitor activities performed by operational workers and prepare measurements of services rendered. **Requirements:** Completed technical education \- Courses: Technical Course in Building Construction, Technical Course in Civil Construction, Technical Course in Civil Engineering, Technical Course in Construction Planning; Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering (in progress); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD drawings; 6 months of experience in the described activities, verified via stamped declaration or work card. **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Project. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
