We offer software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and enhance systems and applications. Perform medium-complexity tasks autonomously. Ensure technical quality, compliance with defined standards, and alignment with functional and non-functional requirements. Provide technical support to the team and collaborate in problem solving. Actively participate in agile ceremonies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions. Comply with information security guidelines, data protection, and organizational governance. In the absence of a Senior Developer for a given task, seek support from a Senior Developer or, when appropriate, delegate to a Junior Developer, depending on task complexity. Previous experience as a C# Programmer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, or Systems Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
