Job Summary: We are seeking a Printer Maintenance Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance, internal and external technical support, equipment installation and configuration, and event support. Opportunity to support trade shows and events A technology and printing equipment company is looking for a Technician to work at its Belo Horizonte branch. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on small- and large-format printers * Conduct internal and external technical support visits * Work directly with customers, meeting deadlines and technical standards * Prepare service reports * Install, configure, and guide customers on equipment usage * Support participation in trade shows and events as needed **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or Mechanics * Experience in printer maintenance * Experience in external technical support * Willingness to travel * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with editing software is a plus * Technical certification is a plus **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Model:** On-site with external assignments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.870,65 – R$3.342,81 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * What is your expected salary? * Do you hold a technical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or Mechanics? * Do you have proven experience maintaining small- or large-format printers? * Have you previously provided external technical support to customers? * Are you available for frequent travel? * What is your level of English proficiency?
