The IT Assistant position will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal web systems, intranet, and corporate platforms, ensuring data quality, application functionality, and sustainability of the company’s technological processes. This professional will collaborate closely with internal departments, performing requirements gathering, user support, development and maintenance of web solutions, and contributing to projects related to corporate communications, digital experience, and internal system improvements. We seek professionals with strategic vision, entrepreneurial mindset, and execution capability—individuals who want to build solid partnerships and generate meaningful impact in the automotive aftermarket. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support corporate HomePage projects by prospecting internal requirements and communicating with development and hosting providers (VM2, Locaweb, and Registro.br). * Participate in the HomePage Governance Committee to analyze, formulate, and ensure content for external websites. * Conduct requirements gathering and specification for web projects, bridging company needs and development providers. * Ensure increased traffic to the HomePage and associated websites through analysis and control of web analytics tools, online marketing, content generation and segmentation—contributing to the company’s market share (Google Analytics, AdWords). * Assist in content analysis for the Intranet and internal systems by evaluating specifications generated by departmental content owners. * Provide data modeling for internal web systems and the Intranet, based on employee needs analysis. * Develop graphical interfaces for internal web systems and the Intranet using web design tools (Online Support Tickets, Lessons Learned, Online Processes, and TKBlog). * Create and develop internal web systems and the Intranet using object-oriented programming in various low-platform languages. * Maintain data integrity of internal systems and the Intranet by structuring SQL SERVER databases for internal web systems and the Intranet. * Implement internal web systems through training and creation of user manuals. * Maintain internal web systems and the Intranet based on recommendations from employees and indirect system owners. * Design information architecture and analyze application of usability, accessibility, web standards, and other internet-related guidelines. * Comply with procedures, work instructions, Quality Management System standards, Environmental, Energy, Health and Safety Management Systems; * Understand key environmental aspects and impacts, energy performance, and safety inherent to your activity and take actions to minimize potential impacts; * Reduce use and consumption of natural resources, such as energy, gas, water, etc.; * Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for job tasks according to area risk maps to prevent accidents; * Be aware of the importance of compliance with policies (Quality, Environment and Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, Product Safety, Compliance, and Code of Ethics), procedures, benefits of improvements, and your roles, responsibilities, and authorities regarding these systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields (currently pursuing). **Technical knowledge** * Systems development, Microsoft or related technologies (desirable) **Job requirements:** * Proven experience as an IT Assistant or IT Support Assistant (preferred) **Additional information** **Benefits:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package aligned with caring for people and career development: Medical and Dental Assistance, Pharmacy Benefits, and an internal health team (psychology and ergonomics); Wellhub (Gympass) to encourage well-being and quality of life; On-site cafeteria and Meal Allowance; Extended Maternity Leave, Life Insurance, and Funeral Assistance; Transportation Allowance (legal deduction of 6%); Private Pension Plan, Payroll-Deducted Loans, and Profit and Results Sharing (PLR).
