Tax Analyst / Billing Specialist Ribeirão das Neves – MG \| On-site PINTEPOXI LTDA is seeking a Tax Analyst / Billing Specialist to join our administrative team. We are looking for an analytical, organized professional with solid experience in tax matters to ensure tax compliance and the accurate issuance of company fiscal documents. Main responsibilities: * Issuance and validation of Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NF\-e) for sales, shipments, returns, industrialization, services, and other operations. * Correct application of CFOP, NCM, CST, and taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS). * Verification of tax calculations performed by external accounting. * Monitoring and application of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation. * Tracking of accessory obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, among others). * Tax management of operations such as consignment industrialization, order-based sales, demonstrations, and loan-for-use arrangements. * Reconciliation among billing, accounting, and fiscal ledgers. * Tax support for customers, suppliers, and internal departments (sales, logistics, procurement, finance, and executive management). * Processing of returns and industrialization returns, ensuring correct fiscal bookkeeping. Requirements: * Solid experience in tax and billing areas. * Knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and accessory obligations. * Experience with ERP systems and tax management tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (or completed high school with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role).
