Location: Jardim Canadá \- Nova Lima About the Position: **MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN** The Mechatronics Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on yellow-line equipment such as mini excavators, mini loaders, compacting rollers, and others. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures in accordance with technical and safety standards. The technician conducts functional tests, adjustments, and calibrations of machine components and systems. In addition, they must comply with technical standards, company procedures, and supervisor instructions, as applicable. Furthermore, they prepare technical reports, monitor equipment availability and performance, and propose improvements to maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities: * Open and close service orders in the maintenance system, recording anomalies appropriately; * Send parts to suppliers for adjustment, ensuring required quality standards; * Ensure proper disposal of parts, components, fluids, and lubricants in compliance with environmental regulations; * Diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures in equipment using appropriate tools and instruments; * Perform repairs and replace damaged parts and components, adhering to technical and safety standards; * Test equipment functionality after maintenance, verifying performance and service quality; * Complete maintenance reports and control forms, documenting performed activities, materials used, and identified issues; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, tools, and equipment used; * Interpret equipment manuals’ recommendations whenever necessary; * Participate in all Occupational Health and Safety initiatives within their area; * Record parameters for condition and cost control in maintenance orders within the management system; * Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to understand component functionality within their assembly context; * Install and repair electrical components (batteries, wiring harnesses, alternators, starter motors, and other related components). * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. **Essential Requirements:** Completed High School education; Technical Course in Mechatronics; Specialization in Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering; Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a mechanic; Experience in civil construction, heavy industry, and industrial environments (heavy yellow-line machinery and trucks); Valid Brazilian Driver’s License Category B. Terms and Conditions: Overtime Pay \- 50% on weekdays and 100% on weekends or holidays; Workload \- 44 hours per week; Working Hours \- Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00, Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
