We are seeking a **Tax Coordinator** with strategic vision, ability to engage people, and strong technical expertise to ensure the quality and compliance of the company’s tax obligations. **Location:** Belo Horizonte | Santa Efigênia | Hybrid model **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Remuneration:** Market-competitive **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher * Transportation voucher * Shopping voucher * Health and dental insurance * Gympass * Nutritionist support **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * **Prior leadership experience** managing a team; * Proficiency in the **Domínio** system and advanced skills in **Excel and Planner**; * Solid knowledge of **ICMS** and tax compliance obligations; * Ability to coordinate high-quality deliverables, plan deadlines, and train the team according to legal updates. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate tax filings, ensuring timely submission and quality; * Prepare managerial reports and KPIs to support decision-making; * Review and calculate taxes, ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations; * Coordinate client service with excellence; * Develop and train the team, promoting both technical and behavioral growth.
