Strategically drive commercial results by integrating media, CRM, customer journey, and performance analytics. Develop online and offline media plans aligned with commercial objectives, sales targets, and campaign calendars. Propose acquisition strategies and funnel optimization approaches for diverse audiences, considering both B2C and B2B models. Identify opportunities across paid media, organic media, and partnerships to expand reach and lead generation. Configure, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other media platforms. Segment audiences, create A/B tests, structure ads, and execute remarketing and lookalike campaigns. Collaborate on the creation, validation, and testing of new ads, copy, and creative approaches. Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and optimal cost per result. Integrate campaigns with CRM to ensure traceability and tracking of the lead’s journey. Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, volume of qualified leads, and channel-level performance.
