Description:
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for cosmetic filling, packaging, and production lines.
* Program and provide support for PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and supervisory systems.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of automated systems, proposing continuous improvements.
* Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety departments to ensure stable and efficient processes.
* Participate in innovation projects, layout improvement initiatives, and new automated production line implementations.
* Ensure traceability and integrity of operational data through control and monitoring systems.
* Standardize processes and interface with equipment and automation service suppliers.
* Prepare technical documentation, work instructions, and performance reports.
* Contribute to compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ANVISA and GMP), occupational safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
* Automation experience in filling lines;
* Implementation experience in filling line, production line, and batch formulation projects;
* Project management tools.
Technical Knowledge:
* PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)
* HMIs and SCADA systems
* Industrial networks (Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
* Reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams
