Supervise, guide, and/or assist in unloading transport vehicles; . Verify whether the invoice is addressed to the corresponding Cibra unit; . Verify received quantities against information declared on the invoice and/or Road Transport and Cargo Manifest (CTRC); if damage(s) are found, immediately notify the supplier and/or transporter on the CTRC and/or invoice stub, and notify the Purchasing Department via email regarding the damage identified; . Perform loading and unloading of materials and components, receiving transport vehicles, identifying the most suitable equipment for handling parts, operating or requesting support from forklifts, platforms, overhead cranes, Munk trucks, and other available equipment, moving materials to appropriate unloading locations; . Verify received materials against the Purchase Order; in case of technical discrepancies, notify the Purchasing Department for appropriate resolution; segregate non-conforming materials in a designated area; release and identify conforming materials for storage; . Organize and store approved materials using location and relocation forms as necessary, verifying that released quantities match those to be stored; compare new materials to be stored with identically labeled items already in stock to confirm equivalence; if non-conformities exist, request a technical assessment from the Technical Department; . Ensure material preservation to maintain physical integrity and usability until deployment; . Dispatch materials to internal customers promptly, accurately, and safely; . Prepare materials for return to suppliers, when applicable; . Receive returned materials from departments via documentation (Reservation Form) and assess their serviceability; if unserviceable, reject return to inventory; . Manage inventory to maintain minimum stock levels and prevent stockouts; . Conduct cyclic inventories to count all stock three times per year; . Update internal control reports and spreadsheets by entering and verifying data, ensuring timely and reliable information availability. 251207020219754365
