Responsibilities: * Issue invoices and bills; * Input and verify invoices; * Organize and archive documents; * Send documentation to the accounting department; * Record and manage accounts payable; * Purchase various materials; * Cashier duties and support store activities. Requirements: * Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative or financial routines; * Completed high school education; * Preferably technical course in Administration or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic computer skills.
