**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields; * Computer skills (Office Suite and Intermediate Excel); * Experience in Process, People and Results Management; * Knowledge of Quality Tools (MASP, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.); * Availability to work in shifts. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of plastic transformation processes (blow molding, injection molding, rotational molding and thermoforming); * Courses focused on leadership and people management; * Experience with Mini Company management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure production of products and services as specified, safely and efficiently utilizing resources to achieve lower operational costs (operational excellence); * Guarantee execution of process audits (production release checklist, setup and process); * Ensure achievement of inventory accuracy targets; * Plan, negotiate and execute identified training needs; * Encourage participation in participative programs (Suggestion, Kaizen, etc.); * Ensure timely closure of open QM notes within the department; * Manage employee time cards; * Conduct effectiveness evaluations of employee development actions within the Cornerstone platform. **This position is also available for People with Disabilities (PcD).**
