If you are detail-oriented, organized, and looking for an opportunity to grow, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed. * Availability to work in shifts. **Activities:** * Assist in the preparation and operation of machines, organizing the necessary materials for the production process, helping with machine adjustments and configurations as directed by the operator; * Provide and organize the inputs and raw materials required for production, ensuring they are available and in sufficient quantity to prevent stoppages or delays; * Monitor the production process alongside the operator, checking the progress of operations and reporting any irregularities or anomalies observed during the process, possibly operating machines when supervised; * Assist in inspecting finished products, ensuring they meet quality specifications and supporting the segregation of non-conforming products; * Must keep the work area clean and organized, removing waste, disposing of materials properly, and ensuring the environment is safe and free of obstacles as specified by the 5S program standards; * Help transport and store materials and finished products, using appropriate tools and equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to ensure items are moved safely; * Must follow all safety regulations, correctly using the required PPE, ensuring personal safety and that of coworkers.
